  • You have obtained necessary permissions where required

Audience Bridge may process such data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Email deliverability and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Audience Bridge.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audience Bridge shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Service interruptions

  • Consequential damages

Audience Bridge’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.


14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audience Bridge from any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the services

  • Your violation of applicable laws

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use of data in violation of privacy regulations


15. Suspension or Termination

Audience Bridge may suspend or terminate access to services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • The service is used in a harmful or illegal manner

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
