Hey there—if you want to make sure my emails land in your inbox (and not your spam folder or "Promotions" tab purgatory), take a minute to whitelist [email protected]. It's the easiest way to guarantee you keep getting email deliverability insights without interruption.
Below are instructions for the most common email providers. Let’s lock it in. 🔒
How to Whitelist [email protected] (So You Never Miss an Email)
Add me to Contacts:
Open an email from [email protected]
Click the three-dot menu in the upper right
Click "Add to Contacts"
If it landed in Promotions:
Drag the email to your Primary tab
Gmail will ask: “Do this for future messages?” → Click Yes
If it landed in Spam:
Go to Spam folder
Find my email and click “Not Spam”
Open your Spam or Bulk folder
Unmark as spam:
Find the email from [email protected]
Click “Not Spam”
Create a filter:
Click the ⚙️ icon → Settings → More Settings
Click Filters → Add new filters
From: contains → [email protected]
Move to folder: Inbox → Save
Mark as safe:
Open an email from [email protected]
Click “It’s safe” (if prompted)
Add to Safe Senders list:
Click ⚙️ Settings → View all Outlook settings
Mail → Junk Email → Safe Senders
Add [email protected] → Click Save
Mark as Not Junk:
Open your Junk folder
Find my email → Move it to Inbox
Tap "Move to Inbox" and confirm future messages go to Inbox
Optional: Add me to Contacts for good measure
Open the email from [email protected]
Hover over my name → Click Add Contact
Confirm details → Save
If in Spam: Open the message and click "Not Spam"
Open my email
Click
Confirm details → Save
Click Address Book → New Contact
Paste [email protected] in the email field
Save contact
Check your Suspect Email folder
Find email → Select “Move to Inbox and Add Contact”
If you're using a third-party spam filter:
Add [email protected] to your Friends List, Approved Senders, or Whitelist
Check their instructions for how to manage safe senders
